Overview: A man who quested for something that was forever meant to be unattainable—an object of power and value too great to be held in the hands of a mortal. The man that once was, had forfeited his humanity and broke his own mind as a result of the quest he went on out of desire to obtain the Philosopher’s Stone. He stands split in-between two fragments of his soul, that which remains of his humanity and that which is own Phantom. Though the Phantom grows stronger and stronger, wearing his human form as a skin and using his own abilities as necessary--all while beating down what remains of humanity less and less until soon enough there will only be the Phantom left.
Hero / Villain Stuff
Name: White Wizard / Carbuncle Phantom
Type of Hero: Kamen Rider (Type of Villain: Phantom)
Henshin Device: White WizarDriver
Henshin Sequence:
As the White Wizard – He’ll begin by sliding his Driver On Ring onto the middle finger of his right hand. At this point he holds his hand over the belt of his waist, which causes the White WizarDriver to form as “DRIVER ON, NOW!” is announced. Now, he’ll slide his Change Ring onto his left hand’s middle finger, after doing this he holds his left hand over the by-then formed White WizarDriver on his waist, all while “LUPPACHI MAGIC, TOUCH TO GO!” is repeated in a distorted chant emitted from his White WizarDriver. After doing this, his driver announces "CHANGE, NOW!" as a gold color magical circle appears above his head and descends down until its beneath his feet on the ground—as the circle slides down his body, his form is replaced now clad in that of the equipment and wear of the White Wizard himself. In some cases, he can transform while running—where he would run through a magic circle in similar vein to the henshin sequences of Kamen Rider Blade. Either way, when he is done, he’ll announce “Let the show begin.”
As the Carbuncle Phantom – Its possible for him to transform into his Phantom form from either his human form or even while in his form as the White Wizard. In either case, he initiates the transformation by slowly walking forward, spreading his arms outwards as his body begins to inhumanely swell in various places. This continues while his body gives off an eerie purple mist and shine around it to cloak it as his silhouette changes into the shape of his Phantom form which emerges from the previously generated mist. Once the transformation is finished, he crosses his arms across his chest and announces "Let the fear of death drive you into despair."
Forms: White Wizard, Carbuncle Phantom
- Form Name: White Wizard

Motif: Wizard
Color Scheme: White / Gold
Transformation: See Above ^
Fighting Style: It normally takes a lot for the White Wizard to enter actual combat of his own accord; often he’ll easily demonstrate his overwhelming strength by picking off even higher level foes with but one simple spell. He is capable of physical combat without use of his spells, which his style of fighting is comparable to being graceful. He makes swift and precise movements—sliding past the strikes of his own foes before delivering a strike of his own. Aside from the way he moves, he doesn’t possess a particular style of fighting.
Weapons: Hamel Cane

Finish Strike Ring – Allows the White Wizard to perform his finisher, Magica Finale: Magica Finish Strike.

Connect Ring – Opens a portal to two different locations.
Micro Ring – Shrinks down the wearer drastically.
Giant Ring – Allows the White Wizard to either extend his limbs to gargantuan size through a magical circle—or in an alternative usage to even grow himself entirely to such a size.

Screw Ring - Allows the White Wizard to spiral around at such a speed that allows him to drill through surfaces or into others.
Smoke Ring - Allows the White Wizard to exude a smokescreen thick enough to shroud his form or the forms of others from sight.

Confuse Ring – Puts the wearer into a state of confusion.
Poison Ring – The wearer of this ring becomes poisoned—although the poison in question is but paralysis of bodily functions rather than a lethal poison.
Control Ring – The wearer of this ring becomes susceptible to control for a temporary period of time, the White Wizard has harnessed the capabilities of this ring so that the wearer of the ring is vulnerable to up to three commands before regaining control over themselves.
Spark Ring – With this ring he produces a ball of light that can float around him or be sent outwards like a scout until he dispels the spell—or if mana depletion causes it to cease. The ball looks more like a sphere of electrical energy, more akin to the name of the ring.
Dark Ring – Emits a burst of shadows which darkens the area, as well as shrouds the White Wizard within darkness.
Please Ring - Transfers one's magical energy into another. However, over-usage of this Ring weakens the donor and becomes unable to fully use their own abilities. Liquid Ring - Temporarily transmutates the White Wizard's body into a liquid-like state to make melee attacks useless or to grapple with a foe. In contrast to Wizard’s usage of this ring, the White Wizard’s usage makes his body take a mercury like state—he is also capable of holding the liquid state for longer than Wizard can.
Chain Ring - Restrains a target with six strands of mystical chains. The chains emit from a golden magic circle that appears beneath the target. One will wrap around each arm and leg, while the last two will wrap around their torso.
Dupe Ring - Creates corporal copies of the White Wizard that move in synchronization with him. Since they move in sync, if one were to use a ring then they all would—an example being that if one used the Explosion Ring, then all of them would do the same causing a numerous flurry of Explosion Attacks to be sent forward.

Normal uses of this ring allow the White Wizard to raise towers of stone projecting his foes upwards upon them, though he could also use this ring to make towers of stone to act as a make-shift staircase for him.
Almighty Ring - When this ring is used, a large golden magical circle forms infront of the White Wizard in a radius large enough to catch his foe or foes if they number numerous within it. The circle then releases a surge of energy before light pools upwards to the sky in a tower of eradicating light. From a distance, this attack appears to resemble a tower of white flame. One example of the usage of this ring, is the White Wizard can place a seal on say—your right arm, and for a period of time control of your right arm would be impossible. Equipping the Kick Strike Ring onto his right hand and scanning it over the Hand Author of his White WizarDriver, the driver proceeds to chant out “YES! KICK STRIKE, UNDERSTAND?” which causes his right leg to glow with light energy as he spins around and delivers a kick into the side of his foe, ending with his back to them. This sends an electrical surge of golden magical energy throughout their body which destroys them internally before the destruction spreads externally. While they suffer the effects of his attack, the White Wizard will snap his fingers once while saying, "The final curtain call."

[li]Magica Finale: Magica Finish Strike – The White Wizard equips himself with his High Speed Ring and holding it over the Hand Author of his White WizarDriver, a chant of "HIGH SPEED, NOW!" being heard as the White Wizard hyper-accelerates past his foe, back-to-back with them as he exchanges the ring on his right hand with that of his Finish Strike Ring. He holds the ring over his White WizarDriver as it proceeds to chant out "YES! FINISH STRIKE, UNDERSTAND?" which makes his right fist glow with light energy. He turns around to face his foe as by this point they prepare to strike him down, only for his fist to be sent against their body--throwing them backwards. This sends an electrical surge of golden magical energy throughout their body which destroys them internally before the destruction spreads externally. While they suffer the effects of his attack, the White Wizard turns away from them and will snap his fingers once while saying, "The final curtain call."[/li]

Form Name: Carbuncle Phantom
Image/Description: Here
Motif: Carbuncle
Color Scheme: White / Purple
Transformation: See Above ^
Fighting Style: As a Phantom; he uses his enhanced physical attributes to overwhelm his foe—never does he move at a quick pace, he always throws his foes off by moving calmly and slowly. His strikes are very swift and flow without hesitation, and to make matters worse as a Phantom he is capable of using some of the spells he can as the White Wizard—granted in an altered and more twisted form. This is proven in an example as he can create a body of purple mist and from it extend white chains to his foes.
Weapons: N/A
Abilities:
Light Magic – As a Phantom; He can use various forms of light magic offensively through the channeling of such energy from the stones in his head and chest. This ability is used in various ways such as reflecting light from his body as a kind of laser beam of sorts. He can also gather up light into his chest to fire meteor-like bursts of light.
Magic Spell Capability – Despite being a Phantom, he can still use some of the spells he could as the White Wizard—this is shown when he can use his own version of the Chain Ring, although his versions are more twisted and without limitation in their visual appearance. He has also been shown creating illusions and barriers to conceal his own resting place in secrecy.
Stone Creation – From his body he can create magical stones, although in the case of a battle it’s possible for him to release Ghoul stones from his body as to create Ghouls as desired.
Mana Drain - Its possible for him to drain the mana from other beings and objects through his hand, replenishing himself with said drained mana.
Regen – Channeling some of his magic into the stone in his chest, it’s possible for him to slowly regenerate from injury—but if the injury is too great then the only way for this to be used in such a way to remove himself of said injury is to separate himself from battle as to rest. This ability can be slightly altered as to spread a clear coating across his body as to strengthen his defense.
Phantom Mist – The strongest spell that he can demonstrate. Releasing a surge of mana from his body he can create a field of purple mist that has white mana surging within it. The field itself is harmful to human and Phantom alike, the only individual it cannot harm is Wiseman himself. This ability is similar to the Terror Field used by the Terror Dopant.
Finisher(s):
Despair Execution – Bringing his foe to his mercy, Wiseman snaps his fingers and causes a field of mist to surround them—from this mist, numerous chains extends out and coil around the limbs of their body. He forces several chains to hold apart their limbs, all-the-while Wiseman folds his arms and laughs darkly. Wiseman will then raise his left hand to the air once the foe is fully restrained, and clench his hand shut. This causes an electrical surge of mana to channel through the chains into their body as he delivers a painful double-death of being fried to death as well as being overloaded with magical energy they cannot handle.
Despair Eclipse – Wiseman places his hands around his chest, absorbing all of the light within the area as to create a pitch-black world around him and his foe. At this point, Wiseman will then make a circle by tracing an index finger in the air in a circular shape, which creates a sort of eclipse around his foe. Snapping his fingers once, the eclipse ring crushes around his foe—making them unable to move while Wiseman holds a hand over his chest before clenching his hand shut. The forehead gem and chest gem of Wiseman’s body proceed to glow bright with light as he releases all the earlier absorbed light onto his foe—basically incinerating them with light energy.

History
Knowledge has always been rooted as the true form of power in our world, and that is what magic itself was in essence—knowledge, knowledge of the unknown potential that only those worthy of it could possess. For many centuries, decades, years, has this knowledge been channeled in various forms of feats and miracles to which help those in need of it—those in need of hope, of salvation. Though, there was one such man who held such powerful knowledge of the unknown, so much and yet he stood dissatisfied with what knowledge he held. He possessed an everlasting thirst for more, he thirsted for the ultimate knowledge, the ultimate unknown. This man wanted to know the truth of the secret of magic’s origin and end.
The man was known by those who met him as a powerful wizard of white, capable of overcoming many feats, defeating many forces of dark, and bringing hope to those who needed it most. Although as in all humans, a dark desire was birthing in the back of his mind. This desire was a developing obsession to know the one piece of unknown that was above him still, an unknown that was actually taken to form within an object known as the Philosopher’s Stone. An object that existed only in concept, but if one were capable of obtaining—or even creating—such an object, all of the unknowns would become known.
Thus, he experimented. The man experimented with his knowledge as well as the forces of magic in ways dubbed forbidden. He attempted to create a magical property—an equation—that would allow him to produce a real Philosopher’s Stone. But such a feat was priced heavily, and the price in-question was souls. The souls of humans were but a primary property in the blueprints of producing the Philosopher’s Stone, thus the White Wizard attempted to harvest such souls all for the sake of his desire. One fateful day, having taken a mass of people, the White Wizard used his magic and in an event describable as the ‘Sabbath’ stole the lives—the souls—of many innocent people all to further his own desire. The result was all those lost lives had become entities known as Phantoms, embodiments of the magic inside of them that overtook them when they became exposed to despair.
The man himself, had also become one of these entities—prior to his first performing of the Sabbath, in order to understand the rules of his magic he had bent in forbidden ways, he opened his mind to dark knowledge—and this knowledge had twisted a fragment of his soul. His soul unable to bear the dark knowledge, as well as the weight of the sins he was committing, cracked into two. One part was the retained pure-hearted White Wizard of who possessed regret for his actions, and wanted to stop them, and the other was the warped and twisted existence now dubbed ‘Wiseman’—a seeker of darkness, and the part of him that desired the Philosopher’s Stone.
Following the most recent time of performing the Sabbath, the White Wizard had come across one lone woman of whom had survived despair and pushed her own Phantom back into herself. Seeing the potential she had, the White Wizard took this woman—Manami Mizushima—and would train her to become a new Wizard—Kamen Rider Wizard. This was the last trump put into play by the White Wizard, as shortly afterwards the White Wizard lost more and more of humanity to the ever-strengthening Wiseman. The White Wizard had attempted to battle within himself and conquer his own Phantom, but in the end he could not defeat himself. The Phantom that dubbed itself Wiseman simply knew too well the man it had been born of, overcoming it and beating what was already scarce of remaining humanity into smaller and smaller shreds. Thus now Wiseman has put into play the arrangements of attempting again to produce the Philosopher's Stone--now also wearing the skin of the human he was born of, even using his origin's own White WizarDriver to further deceive and fool those of whom would most benefit his desire. Can this Phantom ever have an end put to him?

“I never thought that I would be returning to this city so soon…” The words of an aged man were spoken as he gazed upon the sight of the body of a city in the distance. A smile spread on his face, as eyes narrowed in a devious fashion. “…the city where it all started.” A malicious chuckle followed his words, one of his eyes giving off a purple glow. “The city where he and I became separated by a thin red line.”
The man laughed, holding a hand to his face, as if trying to muffle such a laugh. He was in the solitude of loneliness to himself, not a single soul being around to hear him speak nor laugh. Not even animals were in the radius, it was as if the man’s personal space were but a world only for him.
A world of solitude.
The man’s hand dropped from his face to his side as his eyes opened normally, his previous grin having faded as only a stern expression overtook his face. “I do hope you’ve been fairing alright, my dear pupil…” His expression began to depict sorrow, as if his demeanor had changed from moments ago, “…he has gotten too strong, I can’t control him for much longer at this rate—“ He then raised his opposite hand than the one from prior to grasp the side of his head as pain was now depicted. Pain felt, pain the equivalent as if his head were splitting.
One of the man’s eyes begun to shut completely from the pain, but the one that remained open began to glow purple again—all the while, half of his face began to twist into that of a grin. “Why fight it? My absolute control is inevitable…” The man said to himself, “…just give up.”
“N-no…” The man panted out, his fingers pressing against his head, “…I can’t…”
“…I can’t give up hope…”
